Training

TrainingWhere applicable, Track24 will provide on-site training for both our global tracking solutions and our risk management software. We consider training a highly important part of our services and encourage new clients to take an initial one to two day train-the-trainer package for the system administrators. This can be conducted in London or alternatively a Track24 trainer can visit a client site anywhere in the world.

The C4i platform and all Track24 tracking devices are user-oriented in design and intended as ‘plug-and-play' solutions. Everyday use therefore - including advanced C4i administrative functions - is straightforward. Nevertheless, we recommend training as a way of optimizing the efficiency with which the system is integrated into operations and ensuring its effective use thereafter. In this way our training programs tie in with our consultancy and are adaptable to a client's particular needs. Typically, the programs cover:

  • Front-End use of the Track24 crisis management software , the C4i platform
  • Hardware Use: Equipment Set-Up, Testing and Fault Finding
  • C4i Administration
  • Messaging and Navigation Application (MNA)
