The revolutionary new PackMaster is a compact, single unit, low data rate satellite terminal with an integral GPS receiver, designed to operate over the INMARSAT satellites, offering reliable, global satellite communications.
The PackMaster is ideal for tracking individuals who may be required to work remotely or in hostile, high risk locations, where GSM coverage is limited or non-existent. Small enough to be placed in the top of a rucksack or similar backpack, it is supplied with an integral NiMH battery pack, allowing the unit to be deployed for up to 40 hours between charges.
In addition to transmitting regular position reports, the PackMaster includes a Panic Button for use in emergencies and a Rapid Locator Button, which may be used for either sending your current location or if on a site survey, a point of interest.
Built in magnetic feet allow the unit to be attached to a vehicle thus allowing flexibility in deployment of individuals. The PackMaster may also be externally powered.
The PackMaster provides a global safety umbrella for your organisation. You will quickly know that an incident has occurred, who is in trouble and their precise location. That will then allow you to initiate a timely response. It is fully integrated into Track24’s C4i web platform and can also be used in conjunction with the Track24 two-way messaging and navigation application ensuring your employees never get lost and can always maintain contact using a back-up communication system.
